The apartments include: a hall with a built-in wardrobe, a bedroom with a large double bed, a kitchen-dining room with built-in appliances, a French balcony, a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, kettle and all necessary utensils. Hot water is always available, guests can regulate the heating themselves. The living area has a sofa, table, Smart TV with free channels. Additionally for guests there are: a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a microwave oven. From the windows of the apartments you can see the sea and a quiet courtyard. The kitchen offers views of the sea and Ferris wheel. There is no roadway and active traffic nearby, so it is not noisy here. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The front door to the entrance opens with a key that guests receive upon check-in. There is a covered car park. For small children, a potty and a footstool are provided in the bathroom. A cot can be provided for an additional fee.

For convenience, guests are offered a shuttle service, car rental and bicycle rental, which the staff of the apartments themselves will bring and pick up. It is also possible to organize a transfer to the Curonian Spit, a cheese factory or Baltiysk.
