There is a children's playground in the courtyard. There is a small cafe in the building-pyshechnaya, and opposite there are small grocery stores Dixie and Pyaterochka and there are also other cafes.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 6-storey building with an elevator. The apartment windows overlook both sides of the building. On one side, the windows of the kitchen-living room overlook Lermontovsky Prospekt, and the other two rooms overlook the courtyard.
Apartments with a minimalist interior with accents in the loft style are suitable for up to 9 guests, there are: two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Parking is paid.
