Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From 07 to 22 September 2024, the pool water will be drained, access to the Fitness House pool and saunas will be closed. The facility apologizes for any inconvenience.
A buffet breakfast is served in the VALO Mercure restaurant.
A registration fee is charged: RUB 300.00 for each guest who is not a citizen of the Russian Federation.
Access to the pool, saunas and gym is not included in the price. The cost of a single visit to the pool, gym and saunas is RUB 1000.00 per guest. Access is only available to guests over 14 years of age.
