The location of the hotel was very good. We were able to walk everywhere easily. It was clean. At the same time, there was a place in the hallway where we could drink water, do ironing, and drink tea. We had a very pleasant stay.
What was bad
There was no sound insulation system in the walls. We could hear voices from the next room. This situation disturbed us. The exterior door entrance password was not given when giving reservation information.

Very nice loacation.
Nevesky Street just 10min away.
5min walk away from Hermitage museum.
There are buche of delicious reataurants near.
5 min, Local supermarket.
Overall very nice. Very nice and kind staff.
But this is not a hotel. Still similar with Hostel.
There were little bad smell in restroom.
And One of biggest problem is sound proof..
I can hear everybody talking the very next room.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk to the train station in half an hour. Hotel owners also respond quickly to your questions. The Hermitage and the bloody church are less than 4 minutes' walk away. however, the sound insulation in the rooms is insufficient, you can easily hear people talking in the next room or walking upstairs. There is a bad odor problem in the bathroom and toilet.

This is nothing even close to a hotel. Readers be aware. These people just got 2-3 floors of an old building and they just installed this plaster walls to create separate rooms. No lift. I had to climb 4 floors loaded with my baggage. At the entrance there is no sign, no indication of a "hotel". I had to call a number in Moscow, so that someone showed up and gave me the keys. The AC didn't work and the "manager" proposed that I o
