Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. For check-in instructions, please contact the apartment manager in advance at the phone number on the booking confirmation.
The mandatory cleaning fee includes: washing bed linen and towels in the laundry after departure, as well as washing windows and plumbing, using a vacuum cleaner and wet cleaning of the room.
For leaving garbage and dirty dishes, guests will be charged an additional fee of RUB 300.00 and RUB 500.00, the amount is deducted from the deposit paid upon arrival.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The fine is 5000.00 RUB.
The deposit is paid on the day of arrival via the link and returned to the same card on the day of departure, after cleaning is completed.
Accommodation with pets is possible only by prior agreement with the hotel.
