Hotel Istria

I had a wonderful 9-night stay at the Istria Hotel in Neptun (from July 5th to July 14th, 2023) and was truly impressed with the value it offered! The staff was very polite, and the hotel was impeccably clean, providing a serene and relaxing experience. The room was lovely, simple, and had a charming retro touch, with a predominantly white color scheme. Smoking was allowed only on the balcony, which offered a beautiful view and had two chairs, a small table, and an ashtray. The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and majestic lime trees, with a beech oak reserve nearby. Despite having only two stars, the Istria Hotel exceeded our expectations with the exceptional service provided by its staff (manager, receptionists, cleaning staff, and everyone else). The manager deserves special appreciation for being polite, kind, and always available to promptly and efficiently resolve any issues. Would I return? Absolutely! We look forward to coming back to this hotel because of the excellent treatment we received and the outstanding quality/price ratio. The hospitality, positive attitude, and warm smiles from the hosts made our stay truly delightful. The comfort, tranquility, and serenity here made it feel like a true vacation!
