I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ramada Plaza Craiova, like always. I have been there maybe over 30 times in last two years, due to business trip. The staff is always incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable, and I especially enjoy the breakfast options at the restaurant, the gym and also the spa. I deeply appreciate the staff’s patience and professionalism in addressing my concerns. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is commendable. A special thank you to Ana, Diana, Alexandra, Petrisor, Sorin, Alex and Elena at the front desk. Their kindness made a lasting impression.
