I highly reccomend this place as we loved everything starting with the location (next to Cetatuia and Central Park and also Cluj Arena), small issue with climbing the hill to get to this vila (if you have heavy luggage it will be a problem).
The room was tidy, clean, with one mini fridge, a small window, private bathroom (toiletries and towels included), one big terrace with great view over the city.
We didn't have breakfast included, but I consider it a good thing because you have so many great places in Cluj where you can have delicious breakfast.
Overall, a good experience!

The place is nice with a great view over the city of Cluj. They have only few rooms but large and very clean. The bathroom is also very clean with everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the place itself gives you a great sense of peace while there. They have only 4or 5 parking places and if you arrive in a busy hour there might be a problem to get out from the parking since the vila is on a very steep road. But it is ok. They don't serve breakfast which I think can be changed because they have a great place and also a terrace to enjoy a breakfast. But they do serve free coffee and tea at any hour of the day that is great. The wi fi works excellent and the hosts are so nice people willing to help with everything. In the same week  we stayed there more than 3 of our friends also stayed at Vila Rosetti and they were delighted to be there. So I recommend this to everybody.

Very nice experience

Great place for a night in Cluj!

the hosts were ok - we arrived around 00:30 and they waited for us.

I choose the places to stay based on reviews/photos found ont tripadvisor and booking - I am mostly interested in the bathroom looks.
the photos I found on bookig from Vila Rosetti's bathrooms looked new and clean - what we found in the ground floor apartment's bathroom is far from new/ok. it looks like a regular room poorly transformed into a bathroom(with 7 tipes of wall tiles) - it's wrong, really wrong.

when booking an apartment you expect 2 separate sleeping spaces - there is no such thing here - there is a big (that's nice) open space whith one double bed (2 mattresses - that's not nice - they kept slipping) and 2 single beds side by side.

there are holes in the walls, uncovered electrical outlets, unfinished flooring.

loved the bed sheets.

there is no breakfast, there is only an instant coffee machine in the lobby - hated that - I'm a big coffee addict, I need my coffee first thing in the morning - instant coffee...is not coffee.

overall it was a weiredly funny experience - there is a ￼shocking blend of things - it looks like the space is built from overcrowded leftovers from 10 diffrent styles.

low value for the money, weiredly kitschy

It is said that people in Cluj are very nice and correct but that in NOT the case of the owner and staff of this accommodation. That lady was rude and has no clue of what running a business looks like.

It is not normal to book a room at a certain rate and then modify it without notifying the client. 

The room was extremely small, with a tiny window, but that was the least of our problems. 

We asked for towels (after 2 days) and we were treated as if we were beggars asking for a handout. 

overall the experience of staying here was horrible!

Not a good place to stay

When we arrived,we had to wait infront of the villa 30 min because the door was closed at 6 pm after calling 10 times untill to come and open the door.

We discussed about a price and when we arrived the owner gave a higher price even though through email we discussed about a nother amount. And after discussing she said if we like it its fine if not we should leave beacuse she would have other client and started talking on the phone infront of us saying that we should be greatful for the price she gave us (even with the unannounced price change). And during our stay they started calling us to come and pay! And at the check out the owner came and asked about us if we left (like we ran without paying) and when we only wanted to put our luggages in the car and come and pay he ran after us to come and pay ,treated us like we wanted to run without paying.

There is an old lady that is at the reception and do the cleaning and everything,  they never cleaned our rooms and when we asked to clean the room she was very rude saying no! and she also the toilet paper on the ground infront of the door, and when we asked for clean towels she said that's not her job with a rude voice and gave us 4 towels that were very small.

There is no air conditioning  only a ventilator,  other rooms have a tinie window in the celling. 

There is no food at all even for breakfast, only coffee and tea.

I certainly don't recommend this villa at all, has really bad service and very rude.
