* Accomodation :- I booked this hotel because it was the cheapest option to stay over. but the room and the bathroom is very huge, with a perfect wifi connection, a brand new tv, and a perfect king size bed. The housekeeping is good.. * Reception team :- The staff is friendly, specialy the Sadaa, she helped me to book the room and allowed me to select a room according to my desire with the city view. But unfortunately when I am check in the room was given to someone else by the receptionist Maria.. which was so heart broken to me. She is not professional enough like the rest of the staff members, do not know how to respect to the guest's. She was the worst staff member I met in this hotel. Food and Beverage :- While they are telling the room service is 24 hours..it's a lie.The room service and the buffet is working according to a schedule... I ordered a club sandwich which is money worth. Thuwan gave us a very good service and he was very supportive too. Overall the experience is excellent..
