We went there in the middle of summer, staff was very friendly and they do speak english. Rooms are small, but clean and nice, you really dont need more. In our room we had fridge. There is a washing machine available at any time you need, which is perfect cause we were traveling for a while.. Hotel is few meters away from tram stop, you can get everywhere you want. The only thing i hated were beakfast. Every single morning the had same food. If you are staying for few nights, its O.K. but we were there longer and i couldn´t eat that anymore. Anyway, i will return :)
