Food District Hotel/ Ortigas Budget Hotel-Kapitolyo is a great place to stay when you are in a budget. I booked through Agoda. Rooms are new and clean. Only they don't have intercom and Wifi but if you just stay there to sleep, then it's good specially if you are going to Ortigas.

Perfect for your budget. New hotel.

We reserved two bookings. 6 in 6-bed-dorm and 2 in 6-bed-dorm. However, the hotel provided me 10-bed dorm with shared bedroom. The room is not that clean as per reviewed.

Good for Budget

6 of us stayed here for a night,in the room theres 2 bunk beds and one queen bed.there is no elevator in this hotel but they will
help you bring stuff up if you have luggage.we were on the 3rd floor and behind the building so we dont see anything but backyard of the houses in kapitolyo.we brought our own toiletries coz its a budget hostel we have our own tissue,nothing is provided,towels and blanket are provided by the hostel...theres 2 cups and spoon and sink,kettle.AC works good we never complain about the temp inside the room.
