We booked this hotel via Expedia last Dec 2017.  We arrived and saw it has been shutdown/closed already - place uninhabited and dark.  Appreciate Expedia's quick response though to help us find a new and better place to stay.  Hotels in the area were almost all fully booked.  They paid for a new place even if the cost was much higher than what we have initially paid for.

Don't book this hotel until there's confirmation that they have reopened.

Hotel Already Closed

Place is a bit new and in the heart of subic. Near the main road and in the mall. 
The room we got is a family room which has 2 rooms and a sala/ living room. As expected, the room is spacy and clean as its still quite new. Has a quirky lock in the toilet door knob (maybe its just me). The aircon units are nicely fitted/ integrated in the ceilings (you dont see this commonly in hotels). 

My only problem here is the breakfast. The food selection is very limited. Another "quirk" I noticed is how they separate the food of the chinese guests to the pinoys. Not sure how this might send wrong signals to sensitive pinoys --- of which I admit am one of them. 

Overall, the overnight stay is still ok bec of the room. However, breakfast is so so.

Good for a one night stay, Not for longer stays

We (me and a colleague)  have a confirmed booking made  but when we arrive at the hotel (coming from Manila) the front desk personnel assigned (Krizza) was so arrogant to tell us that she was not aware of such booking (not endorsed to her) and there were no available room for us (even though we have a confirmed booking).   

Strongly suggest to look for other hotels than to book and stay with this hotel. 



Disregard of their commitment

Room was big enough to accomodate 6 of us in our family. Strong water supply and cool air conditioning. Wifi is fast. The sheets are comfortable and warm. The very minimilastic and white interiors gives a very relaxing mood. 

Worth it

Although the room was huge and nice. It smelled like cigarette smoke all over. The bathroom was nasty. I don't think they cleaned it thoroughly. I had baby wipes with me and tried wiping some of the walls and dirt came off. Every time I entered the bathroom I want to throw up. It smelled like urine. And once the towels get wet, it has that wet dog smell. The breakfast buffet wasn't good either. The rice was just sitting there, so it was hard. The tocino wasn't good either. Longanisa and fruit were good. When we entered around 9am, the air conditioning was still off, so it was pretty warm in their restaurant. Our room was on the 5th floor, it had a great view of the fireworks.
