very accesible to mainroad and beach, d mall.
super bait ng staff nila. lahat halos ng request granted. (early check in, addl pillow and towel with no extra charge)

SULIT TRIP

Hotel was near the hospital. It is on the alley of mandarin spa if you are coming from the beach. Safe. Only has few toiletries (literally so bring your own). No free water & coffee but has cup, saucer & electric kettle. Has hot & cold shower, towels & tv with signal cable. No restaurant or pool. Bed might be too soft but has 2 pillows each for deluxe twin room. Very good for budget travellers since you wont be staying too much in the hotel anyway (only for sleeping). Not beach front.
Still highly recommended since its clean, safe & near everything.

Budget hotel, clean, staff were nice, basic needs only

The room that I got is clean, nice, AC works well, and location is good too (but you have to take a weird enclosed tunnel from the beach to get to the hotel). However, the things I don't like is that the TV signal is weak and wifi doesn't have internet connection.

Nice Rooms but..

Our stay in Boracay Midtown Hotel is very disappointing. Upon arrival at the hotel, no staff was immediately available. We had to ring the bell and waited for 5mins under hot environment. The staff wasn't so happy enough when we arrived. When we reached our room, the a/c is not completely working and not as cold as expected. On top of that, we saw small cockroaches in the room which we killed by the way. The next day when we left to enjoy the beach, we set the tag at the door to make up our room but when we came back from tiring stroll we were surprised that our room and beds were not cleaned and made up. To my disappointment, I went to the front office and told them then they informed me that in order for them to clean the room we had to leave the keycard, so what happened to informing the guests about this? So we had to stay at sandy room and bathroom. I will never go back to that hotel again.

Never again....

I was with my friend for a vacay in Boracay and we decided to stay in this hotel on our second night. I was impressed by the staff in the hotel as well as the cleanliness of the hotel. We had a great experience in this hotel. 

Great place to stay. 

We booked this hotel at a very reasonable price and we weren't really expecting much - just clean room and comfy bed. First impressions were already not good because we could not locate the hotel. Google pointed us to a different alley and we wasted a lot of time walking asking different people if they knew where it was located. We could not connect to the number indicated on our booking form either.

Anyway, it's located a few meters away from the beach but you won't be able to find it easily. If you're coming from the beach, find the tiny doorway/alley between Deparis and Mandarin. From the main road, you tell the driver to drop you off at the Ciriaco Tirol Hospital. As for the contact number, I let the staff know I couldn't reach the number they posted but I didn't get their number since we were only staying one night.

It's a two-story hotel so no elevators. The rooms are equipped with card keys that work even when there is no electricity (which happens during the day because as of writing, the island is still a construction site). It has hot/cold shower (no tub). Very comfy bed, clean and has ample space.

Aside from the difficulty we had in finding it, our stay was restful and comfortable so I would book here again if the opportunity comes.

optimistic about the renovation of Boracay and hoping all the business establishments will be more serious with taking care of the environment. I hope business in Boracay will recover soon when the Island open up again.

Comfy and Budget Friendly Place to Stay

We've cancelled our booking with them due to the closure of Boracay. It's been months since we've requested for a refund but received no response from their end. Very disappointing. Is there any legal approach I can do to make them refund my payment?

Worst experience ever!

3days 2nights  super budget friendly hotel, no sink in cabin room and had brownout once during our stay, very clean room and kind staff, very near a budget food store as well good for breakfast with delicious meals just walking distance from the hotel.  Also hotel is minute away from beach, travel time from Kalibo is 45mins by van and 15 mins boat ride, Php250/head for van and boat promo, drop point at the hospital, with construction on going that time but didn’t have a hard time finding the hotel. Tricycle is Pho20/pax w/in the Boracay island. Did island hopping for Php500/pax took us 6hrs to tour 4 islands inclusive of nice buffet lunch.  Overall excellent stay!

Short trip

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. Hotel's current name is Boracay Midtown Hotel. Not that hard to find but the hotel's name got me confused at first. Hotel staff are accomodating and cleaned the room when I asked them to. Room is not that spacious but good enough if you'll be having an all day activity. Bit of a problem with the room's AC unit. The hotel is not that far from the beach but you need to cross a small, dark alley to get there. Would be definitely staying here on my next visit.
