Good points: At city center (just a stone's throw from Camp Allen on Naguilian;just a bit behind City Hall) so location is great. The price is reasonable (breakfast included). It only has 16 rooms so it's quite private. Hot/cold water in shower. Bed is comfy enough. Warm blanket/duvet.
Points for improvement: It has a lean staff so the check-in counter was empty when we arrived (we had to ring the bell). No room service (there was no kitchen service for dinner when we were there). No fan or A/C so we opened the windows to let the musty air out (they really should air the rooms some more). No views.Our sleep at night was frequently disturbed by the sound of high-jet water spray (there's a gasoline station behind the hotel). Function (including karaoke and games) at neighboring building was so loud and could be heard inside our room. The entrance faces a small road that is rather steep with no sidewalk (senior citizens will be challenged as itis slippery). They were not able to give us an official receipt or even an acknowledgment receipt.

Okay for price but needs improvement

We were here during Panagbenga to watch the street dance and float parade. We expected the rooms to be a little more expensive but we didn’t expect what we experienced.

Just beside justice hall, the property is close to Session Road (lower) and Burnham Park. (about 1km away) 

Because we booked this close to the event, we had no other option but the penthouse. It was huge. You have the whole rooftop to yourself and your group. The covered dining area is just outside the unit with city views. There are two bedrooms, a living room and a full sized kitchen. (TV is small though). Each room has its own rest room. The elevator doesn't go all the way through the rooftop which means you will have to use the stairs to get to the penthouse. All door locks except one are broken. It just wouldn't lock no matter how much we tried. Good thing we didn't bring valuables. Funny thing was that, rooms downstairs can hear the moving chairs in the dining area. The guard informed us about it when one of the guests downstairs complained.

Our room includes free breakfast. It was ok. I would like to highlight though that the fish they served was very small. You can have your breakfast at the restaurant downstairs or a room service for a fee. We opted to get the room service. To our dismay, they didn't even cleaned up the dishes. It stayed in the kitchen sink for 3 days. They also didn't make up the room. We asked for fresh towels but they didn't replace it.

They don't have in room wifi. You have to get to the lobby if you want to have wifi connection. 

They will not allow late check out but they can store your luggage.

This is the worst place I've been to. I don't recommend this place.

Disappointing

Too pricey. Rate is not commensurate to the accommodation and service. Hotel staff not helpful and they do not even greet guests and they do not even smile. Not very welcoming. We waited for almost 1 hour before we were able to check in. No aircon. No hotel assistant for luggage. No wifi. Noisy. 

Very poor! Not recommended. 

First of all, i booked this hotel since it bore the name of one of my daughters. When we checked in, i saw that it was basic so they say. Our first stay was last year in summer, our second is this year in summer, too. I'm gonna be booking it again the next coming summers in Baguio. Great location, since the public market, Orchidarium, Ifugao's Garden, Burnham Park and other spots are just a walk away. Basic as it is but the rooms are comfy enough, worth my money because i did not spend a fortune here. It's economical i coud say. Just right for my family of five to be comfortable at nights. Also, the staff are friendly and accommodating for requests. Elevator's working as we were in the 6th floor. Internet available at the lounge. As i've said, will book this hotel over and over again.

All you can do here is sleep. No wifi in rooms! Very small TV! No options for breakfast! No complimentary water, coffee or tea! Broken lights, busted lights, elevator is under maintenance. Not worth the money I paid for the night. They should only charge around 1,000 per night for what they offer.
