What a great experience! The tranquil location, the staff, the tents, the food - all lovely. A group of us stayed for over a week and we were sad to say goodbye. It is a bit remote - which is part of what’s great when you’re there - but arranging a pick up from the airport with them is recommended! Getting back to the airport took a bit more arranging, so if you need transportation, ask staff as soon as you know you need it! Given its remote location, the place would do well to have more transportation options to help its guests for excursions or getting to/from the place. The staff were so lovely and helped us to arrange some activities - some of my friends had yoga lessons both on the beach and at the instructor’s studio (a few min drive from T&S). They pointed us to a couple of other restaurants in the area (where the food was equally great). We had a day excursion to Leon as well, but had to arrange our own transport back (what an experience)! I myself did not surf, but my friends who did loved it. The food never disappointed, nor did the happy hours while watching the sunset over the water. I was wary before arriving of how safe our possessions in our tents, but there is a lock box in each room. Any worries left when we arrived. Beware the patchy WiFi. We had to stand in specific locations to get a signal, and sadly that didn’t extend to our tents! Perhaps that was a blessing. Highly recommended. This was such a unique experience. Thanks so much to the staff for their attentiveness (and great music playlists).
