88 reviewsOne of the most beautiful settings I have stayed at. The jungle house with volcano view was just amazing! The room had everything, was stylish and comfortable, and I spent much time chilling on the top floor which is like a yoga studio and balcony with volcano view. I even had dinner delivered up there to indulge, the food from their restaurant Zapote was amazing! I had excellent service from the very beginning with all communications setting this up with door-to-door transportation from/to Costa Rica. On site, Denis their driver was very helpful throughout my stay. Since I booked using their website instead of a service like Air B nB, I had to sort out that I had already paid my deposit via Paypal etc when checking in. I was surprised that the staff were not aware. A good thing I had my emails with management and paypal transaction as proof. The only thing that could have improved my stay would have been A/C in the room. It was incredibly hot and sticky. I knew this before booking however and don’t regret experiencing this amazing stay.
