Had been here for 1 night. The arrangement at hotel is world class. By virtue of location it appears deserted. Great for family vacation. All facilities are there in house spa, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, ktv.. every apartment here has its own kitchenette, car parking. they play Indian channels on tv as well. They accept usd and that's a plus point for overseas travellers

Good but looks deserted

I went to NayPyiTaw alone, I had to ask around to something to do at a relatively respectable establishment.  Knowing NayPyiTaw I wantewd everything in one location so all the advice from all my friends were towards this place.
The rooms, choose the best ones, the back view opens into the main road and is surpringly a nice view.  The bathroom lights are controlled by motion sensors, they are clean but just adequate.  The bed is firm and nice, the living room was narrow but good enough for me to get all my work done there.
You can park your car right beside your room so that is a big plus. 
The TV (both of them) had all the right channels that you every need in Myanmar. 
The pool was were happy things happened, cheap and a merry place it is.  
The KTV rooms are in a dreadful state and you must be really really bored to enjoy them.
The quality of the food from the restaurant was surpringly good.
The massage rooms - now here we see some professionlism, the traditional massage was top notch with the girls knowing exactly what they were doing and even got the tired feeling out of my back.  The oil massage is very good, and very good (I did not type it twice by mistake)
Breakfast was the worse I had in a long time.  
This is not the pleace you go with your family.
If you stay there, which I find myself recommanding, don't talk about it the next day.  
The staff are great.

An interesting place to go if alone in NayPyiTaw

Good restaurant, seems they have a good chef
Poor KTV, Poor service, poor rooms
Traditional and Oil massage, just massage, no more
Warm water pools, can order girls in bikini, just for swimming 
Good spot for boring Naypyitaw
