Hotel Jacaranda

The room doesn't have an iron to get suites Ready for business man like myself. They lock it up at night and get it available only the day time. How can I get my suit ready for the meeting that I will have early in the morning?I suggest they could have one available iron in the day time and get another one available for customer in the night. therefore they will get it back the next day in the morning.I came in Morocco for an economic conference at the Mohammed 5 University of Rabat with the Morocco Minister of higher education and scientific research. So that's was uncomfortable for me to not being able to get my suit ready at night, cause I get out of the plane untill the hotel only at night and they already locked🔒 their iron...that's wasn't good for all the business Men who will come over.Beside all that the hotel is beautiful and most of that the whole crew and workers specially those ppl that's I save a name ichrak and Nora are such a dolls and wonderful person, they're deserve a promotion or something better👍💪💪Be blessed 🙏 B.H
