A beautiful bed and breakfast with a traditional Mexican vibe.  The courtyard with swimming pool and outdoor dining is amazing.  Our favorite place to stay in La Paz.  On a trendy street with restaurants and coffee shops.  A short walk to the Malecon without the noise.  TV and Wifi.  Lovely breakfast 

In the heart of old La Paz, You can walk everywhere from here, 2 blocks up from the malacon, quite at night and owners Cecilla and Tony are a wealth of information.
A farmers market on Saturday in front, A coffee house across the street.
Feels like you're in a private hacienda.

first the B&B is in a great location- really close to the bus terminal, only 2 streets from the sea, very close to the church/central area and there's some great places to eat close by. i had a long bus ride to reach La Paz and on arriving i was generously given some dinner by the owner. i was also upgraded from a single room with shared bathroom to a double en-suite room, as i was staying for a few days. this was very nice of them. accommodation is reasonable, room was seldom cleaned and could do with a little tidy up in the outside area- there is a kettle for all guests to use- but no tea/coffee provided (there is an incredible local coffee shop- which just grinds beans and sells amazing coffee (for 10pesos!) very close!) wifi did not work well from room, but i could get good connection in the patio-outdoor area. Overall my stay here was fine

Paradise in the City

A very Comfortable place,

Good place and location!

The owners look really nice apart the fact that the office information said a price and then they changed it; also they advised only saturday night that on sunday there isn't the cleaner so we had 2 days the trash full of used toilet paper because we were not allowed to trow it in the toilet. The shower is really really old so the water come out from just few holes and it's hard to take the shampoo off also if you open the water too much it hurts.
In the room the sound of the air cond is really too loud and there were no hangers at all, even a place were stock my clothes. The curtains a bit old and dirt.
In my friend room didn't work the wifi and the garden was full of mosquitoes.
By the way the place has a good location close to nice bar and restaurant and the toilet and the floor were clean.

Neglected

To start Its good to mention that I'm a pretty avid traveller that's far from your fussy grandmother or suburban housewife. I'm a young adventurous guy that doesn't mind getting my toes tickled by wildlife under the stars out on a rock somewhere. We got into the La paz last night from Cabo San Lucas on our way to the ferry. We decided to rent a hotel that was rated well and when we got there they told us there were no rooms available. After the lady at the front desk called a couple places (the first of which was also full) she recommended that we check into a bed-and-breakfast she knew about down the street. She said it was a great spot and we cabbed over. Were greeted by a lovely lady who asked us what time we wanted breakfast and mentioned that the price was 70$ per night (Different then the 50$ mentioned by the hotel). The room was ok. No tv and pretty bare but ive stayed in some hole in the wall places and really don't mind. Left for a few hours and returned to an air conditioner leaking all over the bed. Mouse turd sprinkles on top of the wet spot and ants crawling on our bags from holes in the tiled floor. We were told Buy another guest the owner of the hotel just sort of stops in every so often and we hadn't seen her since we got there. We left a small tip for her trouble and got the heck outta there. Found a resort for 30$ (2 nights) less with everything we wanted and then some. Other rooms might be better ours wasn't now u know. :)
