Very clean, when I go from Tecozautla to that hotel, I like it very much. It is comfortable and rests super well, without luxuries but very clean that for me is the most important thing. Very close to the center. It has a super comfortable room upstairs that is great for chatting with friends before everyone goes to their room.

Still last year in 2019, I would have highly recommended the hotel Agua Azul in Tecozautla, but oh surprise we went on November 7 and 8, 2020, the truth was scheduled from April but with the pandemic delaying, well I can tell you, poor service, rooms without any maintenance, no hot water, the ground floor without light, and point aside the hotel manager, the hotelier, despot, wholesale to contest, seems to be doing us a favor, and I think we deserve better treatment since almost 90 people stayed, they were thirty rooms, some of the excursions came from Friday 6, the tache for the hostess was more busy than in providing solutions, and that was worse than the fifth time I visited the hotel, the lady of the hotel, the despot, the grosser to contest, it seems that she was doing us a favor, and I think we deserve better treatment since almost 90 people stayed, they were thirty rooms, some of the excursions came from Friday 6, the tache for the hostess was more busy than in giving a good mobile phone, and that was the worst thing that ever happened to me the fifth time I visited the hotel

Improved hot water service in the room since my last visit, that seemed very good to me, quality in the service and friendly family atmosphere, fair price in accommodation, this time I'm traveling in the heat season (May 2018) maybe I'd recommend placing a mosquito protection curtain on the windows to sleep with these open so that the heat towards the room would be very hot at night.

Quality, service kindness and fair price.

It's a pretty nice, central hotel as it's less than a 5-minute walk to downtown where you can have breakfast, eat, and dine without any daily problems.The manager is very kind and always recommending things to do and visit nearby and cheap.It has definitely become my best option if I don't want to stay in a spa in Tecozautla.Large parking, modest rooms and I would just like to improve the Internet with all-round reach.

 Basic comfort.

The clean room, the furniture is not spectacular but just for staying for a couple of days, they have cable TV service but the national channels are not all tuned in to watch sports events in the room, the hot water service is not held at all times during the day, apart from that the hotel is recommended for its location in the civic center of tecoza and the parking is surrounded and opposite the rooms for safety and reliability.

 Service and fair price.

The service offered is terrible, the comfort is zero, hard mattresses like a rock, phrases with a smell of moisture, deformed pillows, the water is not hot and takes a long time to leave, the furniture is shallow, does not include breakfast as the ad indicates, nor is there air conditioning as offered on this page, and if you attach to this a group of drunkards drinking and smoking while partying at 7 a.m. in the room of the Familiar Hotel to which we resort to rest you get a completely pleasant experience.

I have been several times to this hotel and I must say that it is probably
one of the best in Tecozautla.

The reception is off the parking area (parking is free). Depending on day of the week and
time of arrival, rooms can be gotten immediately. Best during the week of course.

The rooms are large with area for your suitcases, area for hanging clothes and for storing them.

There is a desk with drawers and a chair.

Some rooms have 2 queen size bed, some a king size bed. Rooms on the 1st floor also have a private outside patio.

Beds are firm and very comfortable and, again attention to detail, there are 2 pillows per bed, one soft and the other firm.

There is no heating or air conditioning which are not really required. (2,300 meters altitude)

The bathroom is composed of 2 areas. One for toilet and shower and one for washing.

The attention to detail is very good. For example, the toilet bowl is made so that men urinating do not make noise. This was the first time I had noticed this in a hotel.

Towel are identified to the hotel.

There is a restaurant in the hotel so you can have your meals there. They also have drinks such as beer and soft drinks and alcool in the dining room.

Reception is 24 hour.

There is supposed to be internet but I had a problem. Probably fixed by now.

This hotel is about 3 street corners from the center of Tecozautla where there is activity every day but especially on the weekends.

One of the best in Tecozautla

It's a very comfortable and very clean place to relax if you're visiting the tecozautla spas, very friendly local staff, spacious rooms, offer a 20% discount as a courtesy for the entrance to the balneario el arenal, highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay.

This hotel used to be the Hotel Sabino.
It is situated near the center of Tecozautla (5 minutes walk) therefore close to the restaurants and stores.

It is completely renovated. 

The rooms are spacious and well designed. Some with secretary desks with room for clothes.  
Bathroom contains a shower and toilet. The sink is separated which is nice.

The cable is Sky which offers some stations in English with Spanish subtitles (Edge for example).
WI-Fi is available in the room (We had room 204). Parking is closed and very secure and, also, free. 
There are common areas on every floor. Convenient and comfortable for talking with friends since there are few chairs in the rooms. 

Although there is no room service, the people are extremely friendly and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. They will go and buy and also deliver to your room if you request something they don’t have. The general manager, Don Mariano, and the front  desk Laura are very helpful.

You will find several balnearios with 38 degree water (pure or with sulfur) within a 15 minutes drive. There are 3 within 5 minutes. Pena de Bernal is about 30 minutes away near 3 vineyards including Freixenet. There are many sites close by. (Panhu archeological site, Cerro blanco etc.)
