Finca Chipitlán Hotel

A small hotel with excellent service (Not the typical big plush hotel) .The only flip side is that the rooms interior can be better other than that everything for us was a big plus. The facilities are apt and all the services in the room provided work well (Meaning hot water,internet,clean beds and sheets etc etc).They also have an in house spa ; we took the Themascal and what awesome service and experience it was. Its absolutely value for money and i would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. However the thing that takes the cake in this hotel is the service and the individual attention the staff gives the guests. Francesco is bilingual (Eng and Spanish) and was a treat to interact with ;he made sure that we were comfortable at check in and also took care of our every request during the entire stay. Angel the bartender and kitchen in charge was very courteous and accommodated out specific request for food (we are vegetarians) and went out of the way to prepare dishes off the menu. Oswaldo who is employee in the hotel also works part time as a taxi driver took us to sights around and was very very helpfull. Finally Ms.Virginia who is the owner was fabulous in attending to us. There are also small things that come as pleasant surprises like their home made organic beauty products and soap. Reception has a collection of DVD's that you can pick up and they give you complimentary fresh popcorn to go. Overall a big thumbs up.
