We stayed one night but the food service closes at 6pm so we had to go out to get dinner, my son is a little boy of 3 years and the play area is horrible and dangerous for lack of maintenance.

 Urgent maintenance of the gaming area.

The restaurant's attention seems to be focused exclusively on diners and the guest is relegated. The pool service and the charge is extremely slow. Room service had to be ordered four times before it arrived and the drinks came cold. We ran out of water in the room. We tried to take our daughters to the children's playground and in PEMIS conditions. For the price of the room, the service and facilities leave much to be desired.

Poor service and games in PÉSIMAS conditions.

The place is very nice and the service is generally good.We went to the restaurant but the food was very fatty and with little flavor.For the price the food is a duty.The taste of the food should be greatly improved.The prepared drinks are also too tasteless.The desserts are good.

Nice place, but the food is a deber.

The room Casa Real (Master Suite) although very nice and has two floors, has the worst pillows full of toothballs, super highs and uncomfortable.The room is very dark, the hot tub takes a long time to fill as the hot water does not reach and we have to wait until it gets hot again, the very bad shower comes out like 4 jars of super strong water that hurt the skin and can not moderate the pressure.We rent it to stay after our wedding day (Saturday) and on Sunday we put music in the restaurant from 9 am so we couldn't rest.The room service at 9 pm.The internet service ends at no.We pay $4,000 on the night No Vale La Pena No Return.

It's not worth the cost of the benefit.

We went to the breakfast and the place not only our divine appearance but also its food and service.We have a large menu to order breakfast / typical Mexican food! Something we loved and did not see elsewhere was the lemonade de bugambilias, very refreshing and delicious.

Spectacular!

It was a very nice hotel that we discovered on a wedding occasion. Yet, stuck between a national and a commercial centre, the hotel managed to create a green and quiet hole.

A haven of peace in Atlixco!!

Atlixco is well known for having a wide variety of restaurants.  Unfortunately, many close after just a few months in service.  Fortunately, Las Calandrias is one of the good restaurants that have not closed in a long time.  They offer a varied buffet, both for breakfast and lunch, with an ample selection of dishes.  They also have a service island where you can ask for specific dishes, such as eggs prepared in many ways, tacos, meat cuts, and so on.  The price is competitive, and the atmosphere is welcoming.  The restaurant is in what once was a "hacienda", and has lots of green areas, peacocks and swans.  It also serves a a boutique hotel, ideal for a couple of days of full relax.

One of the best alternatives in Atlixco!

This is a quiet botique hotel that is beautiful and perfect for families/couples.  The grounds are well taken care of and a tropical environment.  The rooms are very nice with no air-conditioning but plenty of windows that open up for a nice breeze.  The staff were fantastic and the food was very good.  We were staying in Puebla for 10 days and wanted to get away for three days of peace and quiet and this place was fantastic!

Fantastic Oasis Botique Hotel

We stayed there for a wedding.  It was a very classy place a wonderful breakfast many things to choose from taco bar omelettes buffet fresh fruit.  The staff is very friendly and helpful . Pillar the manager is very friendly and help with all are needs and they have a  spa where you can get a massage the price is reasonable you can find cheaper places to stay but well worth the visit

The calandrias salad was fresh and stunning! Must try! 
I had the rib eye tacos which I would not suggest as there was a little too much fat. The chicken and the pasta that colleagues had where great with exceptional presentation. 
All around pleasant atmosphere with bonus peacocks looking for a bit of food which added to the atmosphere.
