Great location with a 5 minutes walk to Balluta Bay with bus stop and some nice restaurants (try U Bistrot or Piccolo Padre restaurants, both are excellent). Furthermore Spinola Bay and Sliema Ferries is in walking distance.
Giljanas Homestay is a wonderful place with 3 nicely decorated guest rooms and two perfect caring hosts (Josie & Marc). The highlight is their large breakfast with an amazing conversation about Malta every morning. Wifi works well.

Vacation off the beaten track

Please don’t hesitate to stay at Giljana. Josie and Mark are the perfect hosts, really helpful and patient and provide a banquet at breakfast so you will never go hungry ! The location in st Julian’s is perfect, you are close to the hustle and bustle ... the restaurants and public transport but you are staying in an authentic street which is quiet and private. The room was super, clean, air con and nicely decorated.

-Such a lovely couple running this B&B
-Absolutely the best breakfasts we have had in any B&B, above & beyond! 
-Such personal & warm-hearted service 
-Room was large, clean, comfortable & quiet.....a little dark but was great for sleeping! 
-Nice terrace from breakfast room (sun in the mornings) 
-10 min walk from main areas in St Julian's, quieter away from crowds 
-Very relaxed stay, long late breakfasts :) & left to it! Helped us with everything we needed (Thank you!!) 

Cons
-Slightly dark room, but our room was the room facing the inner courtyard (so we did pick the quieter room deliberately). 

If we are ever in St Julian's again we would not hesitate to book here again! Definitely stay here!!! :) xxxx

Wow....what a lovely stay we had- felt like we were at home :)

Only positive things to say about this place:
- best breakfast ever (fruit, muesli, bread, pancakes, cheese, eggs..), more than you can eat.
- perfect location to discover the island. You can take buses to every spot in the island. The sea is only a short walk away.
- Josie and Mark are so nice and give you the best advice to get around the island, the best places to eat ...
- They come and pick you up at the airport for free! While everyone is queueing for the taxis, you just jump into their car and in the meantime have kind of a guided tour while they're driving to their house.
- The rooms are spacious, cosy and clean.
- Probably i forgot some things to say. Just don't hesitate and book a room in this B&B!

The best B&B we've ever stayed abroad...

We booked the music room for one night and it was awesome! Perfectly clean, nice decorated and absolutely fantastic owners, who read all your wishes right from your lips! The best breakfast I've ever seen in a Hotel. Thank you Marc and Josie...
