You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals from 18:00 until 22:00 and EUR 50 after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
