The hotel is ideally situated for the marina, buses, shopping, all the staff are warm and friendly from reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc and have a nothing is too much trouble attitude. My birthday was made very special with a surprise cake and desert, and after a 3 week stay we would not hesitate in returning. Our sea view with balcony was excellent and every evening chocolates are brought to the room which is a very nice touch, and guests asked if they need anything. No faults with the hotel or service, but they could do with toilet facilities in the ground level for convenience.Not possible to name everyone, but would like to thank Goran Sachevski, Gabriella, and all the staff who we encountered with friendliness and warmth..
