If it was up to me I wouldn't stay here. I stayed in Arisz Motel in Pantai Cenang.
The room on arrival - stains on every wall & sheets; foreign hair within sheets, bathroom (no sink) was soaked with water (but yes I understand it is a bathroom), air conditioner did not work, window did not open.
For me; I don't seem to mind about these things but reconsider this place if you do.

On the plus side: it's close to the beach and shops and has wifi at reception.


It's up to you

This hotel is basic, simple and in a great location close to all the happenings in Pantai Cenang.   Had a little trouble with the air conditioning leaking but the management was quick to fix it up.   We found the rooms clean and not overly furnished, but again it was great for the location.   The staff was very friendly and we'd stay there again.   

We found the beds comfortable and was able to sleep well.   By the way, there was not a specific location for Pantai Cenang so assuming this will cover this new location rather than the Kuah branch.
