I choose this hotel as proposal place. My right decision to choose this hotel. Price very reasonable. 
This hotel very clean and quiet. 
It near to bar and dining place, there got a mini mart beside the hotel, very convenient.
Car park provided. 
24 hour front counter.
if wanna have a breakfast around 8-9 am , I suggest "Shan City" with delicious pan mee.

Very clean and suitable for suprising

Locaton is surronded with restaurant, cafe, club.
Opposite Cityone Shopping mall, walking distance about 10 minutes.
Friendly staff, room is very clean.
Parking space is available too.
Nice bed and you can have a nice rest.

Sorry to say Kuching have less public transport so better get ready for uber or grab taxi for your own conveniency.

Value for money

Price wise is kinda ok. The first room we checked in there is no power supply at socket point and we manage  changed to another room. Kinda noisy at night time, even at 2.30am as there is an event/pub just right below the hotel. The customer service in the next morning requested us to wait for half an hour even when there is no one around but only us, because we were asking to reprint our receipt. 😓😓

Bad customer service

Location: This inn is located in a shoplot.There is a mall within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.
 
Room: Modern design. Room size is acceptable.Clean and decent. Poor water basin design. Water for shower was either too cold or too HOT! 

Facilities: Water dispenser available on the left side of the front desk. Hair dryer and iron not provided in room (upon request). Poor wifi coverage.

Service: Nothing to shout about.

Overall: Decent stay.

Budget Stay in Kuching

The room itself is not so bad. Looks new & clean with passable amenities. But the service is horrible! On the check-in day, the reception looks like want to con you. They offered higher-priced room to you instead of the reserved room. Insisted no to them. Another bad thing about this hotel - bad location especially for tourists. Very far from Kuching town centre & its attractions. Kuching has very poor public bus service, and taking taxi is expensive there! So don't stay in this hotel if you do not have own transport arrangement. You have been warned!
