Stayed at Anika in 2022, found it good and decided to stay again.

Booked a Deluxe room this time as the standard room was not available.

Deluxe has a long bath, 2 armchairs, new laminate flooring and seemed updated.  9th floor had a lovely view of the city.

Beds comfortable,  AC cold and water hot. 

Also just discovered that the hotel had an underground carpark in addition to the surface car park.

All things good.

Repeat stay, a better experience in a deluxe room. 

One of the tallest buildings in Kluang town centre, I’m glad that they put me on the top floor. So I can get a wide view of the town scenery.

The room is spacious with enough room space. There’s tables and chairs around, with other necessary amenities.

The toilet and bath comes together in old school style, so basically all your showers are within the bathtub.

Reception staffs were friendly and efficient.
Very clean and spacious family room.
Great location to most eateries and walking distance to the shopping malls.
Ample car park lots at the hotel too.
Will definitely go back to Anika again for our future trips.

Pleasant stay at Anika 

We are very happy to host our relatives and friends (9 rooms) from Singapore who were staying in Kluang for 2 nights. The location is perfect to reach out all good foods, shops and malls. The room is spacious with very reasonable price. Strongly recommended and Welcome to Kluang.

Good location with lots of eatery, shops and mall nearby.
Room is clean and quite spacious. Staff are friendly and approachable. 
However, you have to book early as the rooms are very popular. There's  2 parking spaces with good number of lots for hotel guest. 

Affordable rate. Great location.

Clean sheets. Location is good, walking distance to Rail and mall. The room has a mountain view and is spacious. Food available nearby, however most local establishment closes around 5-7pm. If u are driving, there's a security guard watching the carpark.

A choice hotel

I booked online for a non-smoking room but on arrival was given a smoking room on the 6th floor which reeked of stale cigarette smoke. I immediately requested for a non-smoking room and was given one on the 9th floor. 
May I suggest that the hotel convert all rooms to non-smoking?

Smoking/Non-Smoking Rooms

Great location in the centre of Kluang and walking distance to locations such as Kluang Mall aa well as restaurants such as Barney’s and Star. The hotel also has a secured car park in the basement which is complimentary for guests. The one minor feedback is the smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the hallways and rooms.

A comfortable stay in a pleasant Hotel that is centrally located.

We selected the hotel from a list provided by TA and from the description this was a good hotel. Bookings were made through Agoda and the check-in process was smooth. Rooms for comfortable but not luxurious. Choose a lower floor so that the water pressure is good. The hot water took quite some time to warm up. Everything else was comfortable. Bella says good thing you got to look after your car if it is parked in the open.



A comfortable hotel to stay.

I went with a singing choir group from a Singapore church. Arrived on a Saturday around 2pm and check in was a breeze for the 40 of us. The twin share room is big and the beds are confortable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows are too shall and flat. I like firm pillows. Also each bed has 2 pillows only. It would be nice to extra pillows in the cupboard. Hotel location is wonderful. The local church is nearby and the authentic railway coffee is a Must Try - within a 10 min walk. Next to the hotel is a great Chinese restaurant called Star. Enjoyed the trip.
