No service. Broken TV remote control, scratches on furniture, web on ceiling, You hear everything going on in neighbouring rooms and other floors. Promised on website and on inside room advertisment , but not existing turndown service, no slippers, no complimentary sauna. If You arrive at 12-50 still trying to get extra 10 euro for early check in, because it suppose to be at 14-00.
