Good staff.verry clean The manager is truly amazing. He was so helpful, incredible English and a true asset to the hotel. He made the stay perfect. Great breakfast and also brilliant rooms. If you’re in vang vieng- definitely stay here.!thanks

I visited here first time! I think the staff're very friendly.You can eat breakfast by choosing the menu:)and eat freshly prepared breakfast!!
Store is near, convenience store is within 5 minutes walk, so it's in good location!
Plz come and visit us when u stay at Vientiane! I promise u have a nice day!!

Amazing

great!!!

Positives: Good Breakfast, Hot showers, Clean, Most of the staff are friendly, social hostel

Negatives: Security, music playing till the early hours with no soundproofing in rooms, (couple having sex in dorm although this is isnt the hostels fault), location feels pretty dirty, pool isnt actually in the hostel.

Overall i see this as an average hostel that is good for a 1 day stop over, wouldnt stay any longer than that.

### where is it?
Sihome Road. Actually quite well located, there is a good street with live music for the evenings just around the corner.
Mayor sights can be reached by foot.

### how are the rooms?
Did I mention there is love music around the corner? Don’t worry you will notice yourself as the rooms are super noisy. Very annoying!
I stayed in a 4 people dormitory with shared bathroom.
Rooms and facilities are really run down and would urgently need a make over.
When I returned to Vientiane by the end of the month I learned that the hostel was closed since the owner mowed to vang vieng. So maybe a new owner will make it a better place now?

Noisy and run down

The location is good, the breakfast ok, and free wodka every hour but this does not make up for the lack of hygienic standards. The owner is not friendly at all. We rented a scooter voor 11 dollars at 4 in the evening. After 2 hours when we left another place we noticed the night lamps were not working on the scooter so we had to come back at 6 while we planned to do something the entire evening. We told them immediately and the next day the boss just gave us a discount of 1/2 dollars on the bike and told us it's not his fault (his scooter & his guesthouse but not his fault). Next our roommates were terrible. Screaming when they come in at 4.30. Being drunk, alarm goes off every 10 min without them noticing.

We booked for 3 nights but checked out after 1. The reviews were so hyped up so we were expecting something good but everything was really disappointing. 
The bedding was dirty, the bathroom was nasty. Breakfast was disappointing and the first staff member we came in contact with was rude. 
I don’t understand how the reviews are so good! Sounds dodgy to me.

No good at all!

This place is a disaster. We were drawn in by the positive reviews however we had some district issues with the place:
Extremely unhygienic: The bathroom mats most host some undiscovered fungal strains.
Pumping music during all hours - within the hostel and from the road.
Aircon curfew during the day
Very dusty environment - I'm not an asthmatic, but gee.
Unclean sheets.
There is road and sidewalk construction making access to the entire street and the hostel difficult and extremely dangerous. Open rainwater drains and crossed on small planks of wood. With the free whiskey they hand out at this place, it's a disaster waiting to happen if it hasn't already. If we had booked for any longer than a night we would have forfeited our deposit and stayed elsewhere for sure. Your money is absolutely spent somewhere, anywhere else.
