Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from JR Ueno station and Keisei-Ueno station. Good price with simple breakfast and the room was really spacious by Tokyo standards! So close to major shopping spots like Ameyoko market and Ueno park. Easy to take direct train to Narita airport because Keisei-Ueno station is so near, if you have lots of luggage (from shopping...) this hotel is convenient.
