Nagasaki Washington Hotel

Stayed here for 2 days in September. Very hot and humid around this time of year Lobby and rooms had decent airCon. Reception staff helpful and speak small amounts of english, there also is a gift shop on ground floor. We booked this hotel purely because of location (near the tram station and central shopping area). Rooms - small, but expected for japan. The rooms are slighly dated, and the rooms could be a bit cleaner - there was lot of dust around the toilet / bedside cabinets. Only negative point I will make, which is why I have 4 stars, is that we required them to help us make some restaurant reservations, we contacted them multiple times via email and never got a reply. They were happy to help us when we were staying there, but the lack of communication via email was a bit disappointing.
