For the price, I think Cabin Hibiss is an excellent choice where you have your own privacy and a cosy space to sleep in if you do not want to share space with others in a hostel. It is a simple set up reminiscent of a capsule hotel. 
Located at the end of one of the alleys branching off from the International Street Kokusaidori, you will be near to the heart of activities! Cabin Hibiss is also across the road from the pottery district if you are into pottery!

Cabin Hibiss was located 10 minutes walk to the monorail station and Kokusaidori. The reception area with a nice bar was cool. Bunk style cabins were small. I stayed in a upper cabin. The mattress was ok. There was a small lamp and an electric socket. The cabin became too hot during late in the night so I had to open the small window on the side.There was no inbuilt ventilation. The common bathroom and the toilet were clean. Payement was only in cash, credit card was not accepted. Overall this was a budget, clean and simple accomodation in Naha.

Simple Budget Accomodation in Naha

Built-in bunk bed with decent mattress, you can move freely without bothering the person sleeping below. Nothing special with the shower room - spacious enough, water temperature can be controlled, and shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.

Could get too "crowded," especially during high season, because room area is a bit small.

Within walking distance to the ceramic village and Kokusai-dori.
