Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to noAvail. Useless.

Such a nice room that felt more like home than a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be coming back on our next Japan trip.

Amazing location, right by Canalside mall, close to local food options, easy access to subway/JR. Communication was fantastic and the place was great for the price, especially for all of the above!

Excellent location, good price.  Bed was firm but comfortable.  Easy check in process, no issues.  Parking is expensive in the large lot next to the building.  Look for budget locations if you need parking.  WiFi worked well.  Will stay there again in the future.

We stayed for 6 nights in unit that is good for 5 persons.  The size of the room is a bit tight but it is acceptable.  The unit and all amenities are very clean.  Location is perfect as it is walking distance to a shopping mall, metro/train station, easy access to take a taxi.Communication with the property was easy (before our actual check-in date) and all my requests were attended to.Highly recommended

Wonderful river view and very clean of the room. The only thing is the damage of the light of the living room.

I think this accommodation is very convenient. It's very convenient for older people as you can get to the station very quickly. However, the accommodation was too cramped for 4 people and there was no table to eat at. It's okay if two or three people come to live there, but it's a bit difficult to move around if there are many people.I like its riverside scenery and comfortable accommodation decoration. There are also many restaurants and shopping spots near this building. So I think this place is worthy of the price. It's a pity that the floor in this room is not clean and there is still some dust. It would be better if the floor tidiness was improved. Also I think more trash bags should be provided. But please note that there are no clothes racks in the bathroom, which I think is not very user-friendly.

Good hotel for family

Have some household facilities which are not usually found in hotel, good for staying for a week.

Lots of space. Loved the extra bed and the door separator for privacy. The ofuro after a long day of walking (and a shower) always so relaxing. Small kitchen, but we like that. Close to lots of great stuff in Fukuoka.

Centrally located and spacious

The best accomodation in Fukuoka. The most friendly and helpful staff. Clean, nice view and close to everywhere. Thanks to all the staff that have taken care of us. We will be back.
