Takimikan

Even though at first sight this ryokan is a little old and dated the service and the food makes up for it, I think the service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and nice. We asked if we could be picked up from the nearest train station and dropped off there and there was no problem with that. We were given the choice of breakfast in our room or at the breakfast hall. The owners/managers really know how to give hotel guests individual service making them feel at home and comfortable. Dinner was excellent, some of the little mouthfuls were undoubtedly the best I've eaten.
