We stayed at Relais Arena for 3 nights with our 2 years old daughter. He two ladies were absolutely lovely. there was only two apartments on top of the reception and the couple next door were quiet. they set up a travel cot for us. the bed was comfy, room was clean and the location couldn't be better.  our stay was hassle free. highly recommend. 

This hotel is situated in an appartment block, it has just a few rooms, the family managing it has their office behind the reception. We had the room by the reception, there are some other on the second floor. The service is excellent. We could get nice wine glasses as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The room was nicely set up, very pretty. The only strange thing is the switch to the bathroom, inside by the door it is an alarm, so we had to keep the lights on, as just once we forgot and pushed the alarm, not the switch outside the bathroom, The breakfast is paid to be offered in a near-by cafe, and it was very pleasant, seating outside as well, srawberries, fruits, yogurt, wide range of bread, cheeses and meat cuts. Cherry tomatoes. 

The location for shopping as well as for opera is excellent. Very pleasant to sleep, no noice. 

We've just returned from a 2 night stay here. The room is very spacious, with open plan bedroom and living area with a smaller separate kitchen diner and a spacious modern bathroom. Looking at previous reviews I must say we also had problems with water pressure and temperature but must admit we didn't mention it at the time as we didn't think it was a huge issue. The kitchen was quite basic but you do get a small fridge, hobs and associate utensils, there was even an espresso machine with a couple of capsules for you to use which was a nice little touch. 
The apartment is quite difficult to find, we got a taxi from the train station direct to the address given on the booking .com web site who dropped us off outside the courtyard. You'll find the entrance to the apartment/reception through the wooden gates, then through the metal gates then up the steps on the right hand side where you'll find a glass door with an intercom saying relais arena on it. You'll be given quite a collection of keys to navigate your way back during night time hours but generally we found during the day time the gates to the court yard were left open. We did have to inform the owner of our approximate arrival time, so I guess it's not manned 24 hours but didn't pose any problems for us. 
Location is perfect, literally 5-10 min walk to all main tourist attractions, with hundreds of restaurants, cafes and bars around and only 5 mins walk for the main shopping street. We definitely return here for future trip to Verona. 

This is a small B/B in a rather grand old building.   The room we had was nicely furnished.   Breakfast is now served in house which was fairly basic but acceptable.
There is underground parking which is a great bonus in centre of Verona.   It is within easy walking distance of all attractions including Romeo and Juliet balcony and the Arena where the operas take place during the summer months.

My friend and I visited Verona on 10th October 2016. We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in a beautiful typical Veronian building. The agent Rossella was lovely and answed all our questions. She arranged breakfast each morning  in an adjoining cafe which consisted of 1 beverage & 1 croissant or toasted sandwich, (so very basic), the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had plenty of room, the apartment could actually sleep 6. The only negative side was that we could only get lukewarm water out of taps.We did inform Rossella about this, she got someone to check this out. There response was that the water was hot! !!!! I asked her again to please sort something out to which she replied we are trying to contact the plumber needless to say we were anable to have a bath or shower for the 4 days we were there.

This place deserves no stars me and my partner stayed here and never again . We were given the wrong room amd the air conditioning was not working the heat was unbearable. Cusumer service was terrible .

Worst place ever I have stayed

I booked to stay from
August the 3rd to the 18 th of august,with my young daughter . My older daughter was going to join us for her birthday the room was wrong the hat was so bad it was making my daughter I’ll . (The air con was not working ) I travelled back to the uk the next day . That’s how bad it was my daughter was becoming so I’ll because off the heat . These people are not even human . They have taken £1200 of my money for 1 night . Because I had no choice to leave . I could not afford to stay anywhere else so I travelled back home with my daughter . 
I am trying to take this further and I hope another family does not go through the stress I have gone through .
