We stayed in the i Conversi or monk's dormitory. Soooooo much space. One of the coolest places we've ever stayed within the walls of this 12th century restored abbey. Full bathroom and seperate bedroom with views in all four directions. So quiet and beautiful. Had fun exploring the abbey and the grounds and were always greeted and accompanied by the abbey's dogs and cats. There's some serious wooden stairs leading up to the room but we were helped with our baggage and that helped. Breakfast was great, the staff all really friendly and helpful (they even let us do some much needed laundry). It is a bit remote so one night we bought groceries in town and had a fun dinner in the gigantic sitting room. Loved it and would love to have a big event there.
