Fazio B&B was very centrally located.  Pay parking very near.  The B&B was clean.  Room was small and bed was just OK.  Nice breakfast each morning with a nice selection.  They don't take American Express which is a bad thing.

Great Location

It was suggested by a friend from Sciacca. It’s located just behind Porta Palermo. You don’t need to get the car to visit the town or to eat/drink. 
Room and bathroom are very spacious with a nice small terrace. All the hosts we met were very kind with us. And the breakfast is full of fresh things every day. Maybe parking could be difficult since the b&b it’s located in downtown. 

In the middle of Sciacca a very good b&b

We were lucky enough to be able to book Fazio B&B for our recent photography training course in Sciacca.
We arrived fairly late in the evening and our check in was no trouble to the lady owner and she took time to give us a comprehensive run down of the excellent facilities.
The reception area and the rooms are very modern and stylish and the owners take great pride in the appearance and cleanliness which was exceptional.
The buffet breakfast offered a lovely choice with fresh fruit, patties, meat etc and changed slightly every day. The dining room itself had very tasteful Italian chique decor.
I would suggest you will not find a better option in  Sciacca.

The Best b&b I have ever visited

Fazio B&B turned out to be the perfect choice for our family's short stop in Sciacca.  A lovely, comfortable, immaculately kept, place  with beautiful, spacious rooms each decorated in a unique decor. Conveniently & contrary to a previous report, there is a small elevator to reach the upper floor. Breakfast is included with the very reasonable price of the room & offers incredible Sicilian pastries, breads and other options such as fruit, ham, & pizza to tempt your palate. While dinner is not offered here, the restaurant right next door is a great option with one of the best meals we had in the city. Many other great restaurants are also within easy walking distance.  The location is actually ideal, as it is on a little side street close to the historic district and a short walk to view the amazingly beautiful Mediterranean Sea.  
The owner/staff are warm and helpful and make you feel like you are coming home to visit family!  Aldo was also very kind to help arrange a private taxi to tour Mt. Kronio and other parts of the city not easily reached on foot.  A huge thank you everyone at Fazio B&B & to Aldo & Pamela, especially, who made our visit so enjoyable.

Sweet Gem in the heart of Sciacca

Clearly this review is an outlier. Yes, Fazio is a classy place with a fine breakfast, but what it lacks, given our experience, is the level of customer service expected at such an establishment. Here is what happened: we were traveling by car and arrived in Sciacca around 2:30. We found Fazio B&B, but the door was locked and the lobby was dark. I pressed the buzzer several times. No response. Finally I phoned. The gentleman who answered told me rather bluntly to come back at 4. When I asked where we should park the car in the meantime, he said he'd answer that question at 4, too. Granted, check-in time is 4, but previous experiences arriving early at a hotel or B&B have been that there is often a room that is ready. At the very least, they offer you the chance to leave your luggage until you can actually go to your room. And to not even give guidance regarding parking? Frankly, this seems the antithesis of Italian hospitality and certainly colors our opinion of Fazio B&B. Furthermore, the online impression they leave of free parking is somewhat misleading. Street parking is close to impossible, and the parking lot they suggest is free only from 9pm to 8am. It's only about three blocks away and it's not expensive, but it does mean that someone needs to hoof it there by 8 in the morning to be sure to avoid a ticket. Were we to rate the B&B only as a facility, we'd give it a higher score, but these other aspects strike us as equally important.

Great facility, but other things not so much

This was a lovely little place.  Every detail appears to be lovingly done.  Even the ceilings are beautifully painted!  The linens are all embroidered with the hotel's initials.  The place is immaculate. The room didn't have much of a a view but it had a large sliding door leading to a small balcony which made the room bright and sunny. 
The only possible negative would be that the breakfast area is small.  
We liked this B&B a lot.....and thought it was a great value.

Beautiful, Small B&B

It was hard to find but we got there eventually. A lovely clean b&b with good size rooms & bathrooms. In the centre of Sciaccia with lots of bars & restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was good & coffee was excellent. Owners were very friendly.
