We stayed here for four nights in total and it completely suited our needs. First of all, it is very close to Termini train station (we walked), however late at night I would not do that. There are three rooms in the b+b/apartment, breakfast was provided by Lara each morning and was GREAT, she is so lovely and accommodating. The room we had was large and modern with a smart tv, zero complaints. It is close to a number of metro stations but walking to the Colosseum only takes about 20 minutes. We did a lot of sightseeing and the location was perfect for us as we did not want to pay extortionate rates in central tourist Rome. I would definitely recommend this accommodation, but just be a little wary of the location late at night, that was the only minus I can give, but easily solved by cheap taxis from centre of town.
