280 reviewsWe chose Navigliotel19 because of it’s proximity to our daughter who is living and working in Milan. We were a party of 6, young and older! And we had a suite and an extra room. Communication from the moment of booking was outstanding and on arrival at the hotel, a warm welcome awaited us and we were shown straight to our rooms even though we arrived before midday! The hotel is very clean, warm and comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. The canal is a 5 minute walk and the centre of Milan a short tram ride from the canal so Navigliotel19 is very well placed for sightseeing without paying central prices. Breakfast is included and the smell of fresh baking wafts through the hotel to draw you down! Fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, yoghurt, pastries and cheese and ham were all available as well as excellent Italian coffee and juices. We watched England lose the rugby in our room and probably upset the whole cleaning routine but nobody seemed to mind. We were always met with smiling, courteous staff who’s English is far, far better than my Italian. I will definitely come back again as this hotel ticked all the boxes for me!
