BB Regina Maria

This is the best b & b I;ve ever stayed in, amidst my extensive travels in Italy. The rooms were elegant and *very cool*, no doubt because the building is a beautifully rehabbed old stone structure with very thick walls. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable; the bathroom was modern and very clean; the kitchen well appointed (and well supplied with more than the usual breakfast fare). The host, Vito, was extremely helpful and courteous. My traveling companion and I had a *terrific* stay; we both recommend this B&B very highly. One ore thing: the Regina Maria is very well situated, being right next door to a fine (and inexpensive) trattoria and about a 5-minute walk from the duomo square.
