If you're dreaming of the perfect Italian vacation this is the place to stay. We did a lot of research before our trip to find an agriturismo that was close to the sea, not to far away from a car rental, beautiful situated in the countryside, had access to a pool, with outdoor activities in the area, nice rooms and a reasonable price. Yeah it sounds impossible but then we found Levandara! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻We are really pleased with our stay and Carolina was a great host giving us tips of what to see and where to eat. The agriturismo is a real gem.

We have been so lucky to be for a long weekend in this Agriturismo.
1) the agriturismo is fabulous: characteristic building 'in mattoni', with typical furniture and all comforts ( including Air conditioning in the rooms)
2) it has a great swimming pool with a breathtaking view of  the valley
3) corners for kids ( they can safely play without disturbing the other guests)
4) courtesy of the host is outstanding (Karolina) 
5) location: unbelievable view ( I will include some pictures because words are not enough to describe it)
6) price is super normal (not only for the room, but also cost of living is really normal, not like in Tuscany!!)  
7) Region Marche is a fantastic discovery!!! everything you will need for a vacation: sun, sea, countryside, arts, food & wine ( for the wine ask you host for a special winery in the neighborhood called Senate!!), summer festivals... all in few minutes distance....
In short I recommend it to all, and if you want to spent time with your all family and friends  they can also rent the entire Agriturismo. FANTASTIC!!

Beautiful farmhouse in great surroundings with spectacular views, very nice rooms and most of all: wonderful English speaking hosts (in form of Karolina &Luca), 
preparing also jummy breakfast and dinner ;-)
