What was good

The location is perfect, the people working at the hotel are always happy to help. That is an old area of the city, so it feels very authentic and historical. Many good restaurants and cafes are around. 24/7 supermarket is also quite close. Beach is 5 minutes by walk.

What was bad

As long as it is the old area of the city, the building is also quite old and the furniture is old-fashioned. You can easily hear your neighbours, because the walls are thin. Also some rooms have high humidity, so I needed to change the 1st room I was offered, because I was not very comfortable with its smell and lack of sun.
