We stayed two nights at this guesthouse and we wished  we could have stayed longer. We were warmly welcomed by William on arrival after a long drive, he showed us the kitchen/living area which is available to guests for self-catering or tea and coffee making, there is also a very nice dining room with tables and chairs for guests. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is plenty of local information and phone numbers in a folder in the rooms. The location is very good, about 15 mins walk to town, we got a taxi to the centre of town for 7euro. There is plenty of parking and even though it's a busy road it's very quiet as the house is well back from the road. All in all we had a lovely stay at killarney peaks and we will definitely be back. Fantastic stay. 

Very nice room, comfy and quiet. Plenty of parking space too. Walked around downtown Killarney and enjoyed a very nice meal and visited a couple of pubs too. Parking downtown was difficult as the parking meters only allowed 1 1/2 hours at a time.

Great location....right on the Ring Of Kerry.

On arrival we we given a warm and friendly welcome by the owner. There was ample free car parking at the front. 
The room was basic but clean with a really comfortable bed. 
You could help yourself to tea and coffee in the kitchen downstairs. We didn’t think breakfast was included but we we were given a continental style breakfast. It was quite novel as you just helped yourself in their kitchen. There was a plentiful supply of cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast and tea and coffee. 
The guesthouse is about a twenty minute walk into Killarney and well situated for the Killarney National Park. Would recommend 

Lovely guesthouse 

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size but very sparse with amenities (towels, trash cans, shelves, hooks, outlets,etc) but if you have a rental car then there is a large parking area which is very nice. Great location Close by to grocery, gas, and city center. Walls were very thin could hear everything happening above me. But overall fine accommodations

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Breakfast was included which was simple but good. They were very accommodating with check in times and gave us great tips on our ring of Kerry journey. 

The rooms were massive and very comfortable. Shower was good. It’s on a main road but you can’t hear any noise.

15-20 minute walk to town but only costs 10 euros by taxi so good if there’s a group of you. Easy point to start ring of Kerry drive. 

Great stay

The accommodation is close to Killarney town. It is on a main road but don’t let that deter you as the road gets dead silent at night, generally busy in rush hour. The guesthouse is clean and very comfortable. After a busy day sightseeing, to arrive here and find a good bed and warm shower was a relief. Very quiet at night, so got a good nights sleep. You can also walk into town will talk up to 20 - 30 mins but can drive as plenty of parking in the town. Very enjoyable stay here.

Does what it says on the tin. Good clean rooms. Good amenities, plenty for make your own breakfast. Easy parking and access from main road. 20 minute walk to town centre.
Very friendly and helpful owner/manager.
