Dear Aldi and Shinta ! I just wanted to say a big thank you for your warm welcome and incredible hospitality during my stay at Melia Makassar. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every interaction felt truly special, making me feel like part of the Melia family once again. I'd especially like to thank Shinta and the trainee (whose name - I unfortunately forgot) for their thoughtful gesture of bringing me a signature cake just when I was craving something sweet. It's those little touches that make a stay truly memorable. I was also really grateful for the free The Level access, even though I didn't have much time in Makassar to enjoy it all. The room was so comfortable that it was hard to leave, and every part of my stay was better than I could have hoped for. The hotel's location is also a huge bonus, being close to the mall and a variety of dining options. Thank you, Melia Makassar, for your outstanding service and warm hospitality.
