Location near famous theme park in Batu city like Museum Angkut, Jatim Park 1 & 2, BNS.

No AC available but the weather already cool no problem at all.

If you stay here you must bring your own towel, they only provide small towel.

The problem is After check out I saw room service didnt change the bed cover.

We booked one day before arrival & I've called to informed that we will be arrived at late/midnight. Upon arrival at 1 am, the gate was closed. We knocked but no answer. We decided to open the gate ourself. I went to reception room & looking for someone. I found a man, maybe a servant/security staff, was sleeping there. He woke up, handled the key, showed us the room and then go back to sleep. When we decided to go out to find some food, we have to open & closed the big gate ourself. So, it is a guest house, they don't really provide a 24hrs service. 
The other thing is breakfast. It's a mealbox delivered early in the morning to your room. It was 7 o'clock and we've just sleep for 4 hrs when the room boy knocked our door quite loud so we have to wake up & take the box. Be sure to informed reception to put the mealbox just in front of the room, so you can enjoy your sleep :) 

We've stayed here for 2 nites. 
The building has two floors with each of the 10 bedrooms. Rooms are very spacious and clean . Unfortunately pillow and mattress is rather hard. They delivered the breakfast into room & the taste quite good.
The place located 100m from Museum Angkut and around 10-15minutes by car to Jatim Park 1 & 2 

Not expensive, clean, friendly staff. Walking distance with Museum Angkut.
Near with Agrowisata Kusuma, Eco-green park, selecta, Alun-alun Kota Batu are reachable with motor or car. 

But for you expecting service, this hotel are not serving any food or beverages (including coffee) but only breakfast by box. Its cheap hotel so acceptable. The good point is the hot water are available anytime in the cold city, so its really help for people to cant bear the weather in Batu Malang. 

Wifi are available with good signal. Free Parking, big enough for 10 cars. Has lounge for gathering. Sometimes, there are some people coming to sell snack or hot milk, its fresh and cheap, and yummy.

This guest house is clean and have a very spacious room, with only 16 rooms in 2 floors building. Also have enough space for 8 cars. 

Staff was very friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more.

This place is also very near museum angkot and jatim park 1, around 15 minutes relax walking distance. And if you wish to go to jatim park 2 and save some money, you can get shuttle to jatim park 2 from jatim park 1 or museum angkut as well.

Breakfast deliver to your room on 7 am, put in a sterefoam box with a glass of warm sweetened tea. Taste so so, but still ok.

The amenities provided is only mineral water, bar soap, and small towel (no tooth brush, no tooth paste, no shampoo, etc). So please prepare if you decide to come here. 

Also have no air con, but since Batu has a cool breeze weather, this is not a problem at all.

All in all, this is a good guest house with a good value for money. Will comeback again someday.
