Quite a nice serive ,the best part is free WiFi because when I am traveling I need entertainment like movies and all that stuff consumer lot of data so when you are at hotel download all the stuff and enjoy during your journey.

Meetings and training

Basic rooms, dirty shower curtains, very basic breakfast facility and food. In fact, they hotel should not be allowed to serve food as the setup is not geared for it. The staff also has no clue on how to handle food.

the only plus point is the hotel is comparatively cleaner than other hotels in the class. though if this is an Oyo premium room, I shudder to think of the normal rooms.

The hotel reception staff was exceptional, in fact the only plus point of the hotel is the reception staff.

Basic, in fact the actual hotel has a lower rating than as OYO property

Very satisfied, specially with the staff and with the breakfast. The rooms were also good, with the only complain that pillows smelled a bit bad and there was some damage in one of the walls. I have been in two rooms actually. First one was a bit noise because of street noise (this is not a complain, finding quite places in Mumbai is strange) so they were very nice changing me to a new room. The staff was very kind all the time. Only reception speaks English but all the other guys made their effort to communicate.

Affordable good hotel, with very nice staff

Everything was well organised and the room is also very beautiful. The view from the window is perfect. Small mountains on one side.And market on the other side. Good communications in any part of thane, Maharashtra from the hotel.

Absolutely Perfect

This was my first ever visit in Thane, booked through MMT, Hotel front office staff very much co-operative gave early check-in, good rooms, very much hygenic. Breakfast  needs to be changed with few options, rest was excellent. Room service too good, comparing to other hotels where ever I stayed.
