I was travelling solo in May 2015 and I stayed in this hotel. It is a nice and simple hotel where the staff takes a good care of their customers. The rooms are spacious ans comfortable and the best thing about my room was a lovely view on the Srinagar mountains, enjoying it was a perfect start of every day. 
I think that the hotel bas a good value for the money you pay. 

The family that runs this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful,it was a huge pleasure to meet them all. You can also count on their help in organizing some nice trips in the area.

This is newly constructed and I do mean above. There are good views down over the valley and the town but I am glad that we had a car to drop... views of the mountains from windows of rooms.

We booked this hotel for our weeklong stay in srinagar mainly based on its brilliant rating on TripAdvisor. And it is a unique little health spa body massage  , yoga ,steam bath, etc

We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs. Price-wise hotel grand city heart is on par with these better-class hotels. But the comparison fails:hotel grand city heart is not a not star category but good deluxe rooms.

It is the perceptive and friendly service that makes it worthwhile staying in this small family-run hotel. The owners and staff are social at just the right level and they go to great length to make you feel at home.

Even my family, who did not stay in the hotel but their beautif6 house behind the hotel was received with open arms and exceptionally generously when they came to visit. The owner even offered us to invite us

This said, there is nothing wrong with the facilities. The room we had was spacious and pretty, the breakfast and dinner is good . The garden may be small, but it’s a relaxing and quiet place – one where you really don’t mind spending an afternoon or two with a good book.

And as many people have written before. hotel grand city heart is a place you would definitely come back to and recommend to your friends. Thank you very much for making our trip great

Near the lake, it is a very quiet place.
The beds are the most comfortable ones I had the opportunity to sleep in in India. The service is incredible, done with smile and a bit of shyness. Food and chai are excellent.
And if you can get to know the owner, a doctor whose house is just behind the hotel, you will meet the most gentle and peaceful person. Excellent tips for places to see from him as well.
Perfect stay when you travel around Srinagar.

I visit this place in march its nice hotel with all lateast facilites i recomend vist in this if you are in srinagar. we even booked a trekking trip through this hotel!!!

Feeling at home

Wonderful place!!

The first thing I did after my pathetic experience at the hotel was to check the reviews here at TripAdvisor and only one negative review and to that the owner has replied as some business enemy of his has written. So first let me make this clear I'm not any one of that sorts. I'm just a customer of yours who was totally dissatisfied with the service provided. 

No complaints about check-in process all good. But the quality of the room that you get and the ones you see online are entirely opposite. Room was spacious but not clean. The bed sheet and blanket was dirty. Bath room also was not cleaned after previous use. 

Very dissatisfied with the room provided. Specially after what we see online during booking.

Not what they claim to be through other reviews now.

 I visited this hotel but apart from room each and every thing is uncomfortable even service is also worst so please don't stay here so  please takes other hotels and even don't booked any package  from greet holiday they don't arrange your tour properly
