The location of the property is a highlight, as it is at a walk-able distance from the main temple.  The rooms are not as spacious as they look in the photos, and there is just enough space to walk around the bed.  The wooden interiors are also little old and scrapped off.

Two main downsides were -
1. The corridors of the hotel (passages in front of the room)  were completely dark even in the afternoon, and the hotel does not switch on lights till evening 6 or so. It gives a very scary look, and even insertion of keys into the door needs a mobile light to be switched on
2. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the water flow also was not good, so stagnant water and existing dirt made it difficult to use in a short span of time.

we did not use their food services. We only had chai / coffee in the stall outside. There is a mess opposite to this hotel where you get south indian food (decent food).

For the price paid here, the shirdi sansthan accomodation would be a better bet, atleast rooms would be more spacious with more ventilation.

Staff is cooperative..nyc interior.. Near to the temple.. Best hotel in shirdi in a reasonable price.. Neat nd clean rooms.. Great experience ..we love  to visit again 
and again ..Thanks to owner......

Best place to stay in shirdi. Nearest to d temple, well furnished n clean rooms all d amenities are working. Staff is coopetive n supporting I enjoyed my stay n definitely recommending ths for friends n family as well.

Kingdom of sai

 It is the best place to stay in Shirdi with great service and neat and clean rooms.. Nearest to the temple ..staff is very cooprative..And hotel has all the basic amenities at budget price. And food quality is also good .

Best experiance

Hotel is close to temple.Hardly 5mins walking distance.Room were neat and clean. And I stayed for 2nights with my family. and we enjoyed our stay .The food quality  is also good. They provide travel services are also good at reasonable price.

I stayed for 4night in this hotel staff is very helpful.room was neat and clean. Very close to temple.food is good.i will  recommend this to others also.. Thanks for allowing us to be a part of Ganpati Festival.

Came for baba darshan

I went first time at shirdi last week,experience was very good.
i cant express all the experience of sai baba in word here and it just happens successfully because i got such a beautiful hotel which was near by (walking distance) temple.
Staff was very good, helpful and service was excellent too.
i will prefer to stay only at this hotel ,when i will get chance to go at SAI BABA HOME.
I will recommended you all to stay at this hotel and enjoy the baba spirituality without any hesitation even if you are alone.
No security issue at all.

Perfect place to stay in Shirdi

The room given to us was dirty, All amenities in the washroom were broken or leaking, including flush. The room was untidy when we entered and the staff was very rude and just not ready to clean the room. Breakfast was ok but the service was really bad.

Hotel is just an average hotel for a night stay. Cleanliness was not that good. You cannot expect any star facilities at this hotel. It should be called as Lodge rather than Hotel. We have booked this hotel thru Oyo Rooms. Hotel doesn't have restaurant. Breakfast is arranged at out side area it's a road side stall which will give you breakfast (South Indian breakfast) limited options. There are no amenities in hotel. Limited parking space. No water bottles provided in room. Overall below average place for stay. Only advantage is location. It's 350 mts from temple gate no 3.
