Very good and clean rooms..great for long stays!!the owner is very helpful and kind..I came from gangtok on a solo bike ride and this retreat is  in a very convenient place and they have ample of parking and that too free..pelling is just 5mins ride from the hotel..very good dormitory for bikers and backpackers..

A very pleasant place to be.. Excellent food and view.. Sunny the owner was very cordial and helpfulI.i came in with my family and was really amazed by the hospitality of oak valley retreat..i recommend this place to everyone.. They have in house pub and cafe that serves awesome food.. Great value for money.. 🙏

Awesome view from the homestay,away from noise and pollution.... having homely feeling.Host Mr. Sunny is a nice and humble person.The home made food is hygeinic and tasty.Bonfire arrangement was also done..Perfect stay...

First of all, this hotel is far from the crowd bustling Pelling and I found it the best home stay so far in my whole life.

The owner Mr. Sunny made sure to provide us the best experience of home far from home.

I was travelling with 3 adults and 2 kids. My son is a Leukemia Survivor and I needed freshly cooked food for him.

Mr. Sunny not only ensured that we get totally fresh food for us but also arranged organic vegetables for him.

I will recommend this home stay to everyone who is looking for a family trip with great hospitality.

The home stay is conveniently located & has an awesome mountain view.

The rooms are very clean and I just loved the cleanliness of it.

The kitchen is very hygienic and has a sitting place for lunch and dinner.

Our whole luggage was wet due to sudden rain and Mr Sunny provided an extra room with 3 room heaters for FREE, so that our clothes become dry before we leave for our next destination

We knew that it was an absolutely new place, so we were slightly apprehensive before we visited. Moreover when we visited the cook was on leave but Sagar Bhaiya, the owner of the place ensured that we had a great time. He cooked excellent dishes for us. The service is excellent. The rooms are great. He also let us take his car one morning to go to the helipad which is barely 15 minutes away ( Kanchenjunga can be seen from the helipad). Anyone who is visiting Pelling but would want to stay in a peaceful and quiet environment, Oak valley retreat is perfect for you. Also, you will also have your very own entertainment, the little Santey who also took wonderful care for us. Would love to visit again.

Homely stay, service is awesome you can't feel any problem in oak valley retreat.. if u coming to pelling then prefer this hotel for a different experience of hospitality. I can say it's a wow experience of pelling tour.

Those who want to stay and enjoy beautiful village settings than this home stay is very good.The owner Mr Sunny is very good person,.... Always try to solve tourist's problems. He can arrange vehicles for site-seeing.He provides personal homely service
